Export your ZIP list from ZipFencer as CSV (or copy the plain-text list).

In TTD, open the ad group → Targeting → Geo → Custom geo.

Upload the file and name the geo set.

Reuse the same geo set across ad groups via the shared library.
Gotchas to avoid
- TTD's ZIP library updates quarterly. Brand-new ZIPs may not be available for 60–90 days.
- Save your uploaded ZIP list as a named custom geo in TTD and reuse it across ad groups — build it once in ZipFencer, upload once.
- Some publishers strip geo from impressions — TTD reports 'unknown location' for those.
