Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements the Terms of Service. By using ZipFencer, you agree to follow these rules. Violations can result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, mirror, or bulk-extract data from the Service outside the export tools we provide.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute exports or Service output as a standalone product.
• Use automation to circumvent quotas, credit limits, or rate limits.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass authentication.
• Use the Service to send spam, harass others, or distribute malware.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except under a written research agreement.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

Lawful targeting

ZipFencer outputs are intended for legitimate advertising and analysis only. You are responsible for ensuring your campaigns comply with all applicable laws and the policies of the ad platforms you use. In particular:

• Housing, employment, credit, and insurance: you must follow all anti-discrimination requirements (e.g. Fair Housing Act, ECOA, ADA, and equivalents). Geographic targeting must not be used as a proxy to exclude protected classes.
• Regulated products: you must comply with category-specific rules from Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, and other platforms.
