Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with ZipFencer. This policy explains when refunds are available.

Paid subscriptions (Starter $24/mo, Pro $49/mo)

  • You may cancel at any time from the dashboard or Stripe billing portal.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you keep paid access until then.
  • We do not pro-rate refunds for partial billing periods. The remaining days of the cycle you've already paid for are your access.
  • If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong plan), email us within 7 days of the charge and we will review a full refund.

Legacy $19/month subscribers

If you subscribed on our original $19/month plan, you keep that rate and Pro-suite capabilities at up to 10 locations — we never auto-migrate your price. The same no-pro-rate cancellation terms above apply. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the legacy $19 rate is no longer available and you re-enter at the then-current public pricing.

How to request a refund

Email contact@zipfencer.com from the account address with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you dispute a charge directly with your card issuer, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved faster by email. Disputes filed through Stripe are handled per Stripe's dispute process.
