Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with ZipFencer. This policy explains when refunds are available.

Pro subscription ($19/month)

  • You may cancel at any time from the dashboard or Stripe billing portal.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you keep Pro access until then.
  • We do not pro-rate refunds for partial billing periods. The remaining days of the cycle you've already paid for are your access.

One-time credit packs

  • Full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have consumed zero credits from that pack.
  • Once any credit from a pack has been used, the pack becomes non-refundable.

Recurring credit packs

  • Each monthly renewal is treated as its own purchase. The same 7-day / zero-credits-used rule applies to each renewal.
  • You can stop future renewals at any time from the billing portal. Credits already issued for the current cycle remain valid through that cycle and then expire.

How to request a refund

Email detaviusross@gmail.com from the account address with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you dispute a charge directly with your card issuer, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved faster by email. Disputes filed through Stripe are handled per Stripe's dispute process.
