Cookie Policy — ZipFencer

This policy describes the cookies and similar technologies used by ZipFencer and how you can control them.

Categories

Essential (always on)

Supabase auth session — keeps you signed in.
Stripe checkout — required for the embedded payment form to work.
Cookie consent record — remembers your choice so we don't ask again on every visit.
First-party attribution (zf.attr.v1 in local storage and optional zf_attr cookie, ~90 days) — records landing page, referring site, and campaign parameters (utm_*, click IDs) so we can understand how you found ZipFencer, prevent abuse, and support your account. This is first-party operational data, not a third-party advertising pixel, and is not sold.

These are strictly necessary to deliver the Service you requested and cannot be turned off.

Functional (with consent)

UI preferences such as remembered map zoom level, sidebar state.

Analytics (with consent)

When enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic and product usage. GA4 scripts load only after you grant consent in this category. You can withdraw consent anytime via Cookie preferences in the footer.

Managing your preferences

You can change your choices any time by clicking (also in the footer of every page). Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their settings.

Do Not Track

Because there is no industry-standard interpretation of Do Not Track signals, we currently do not respond to them. Use the cookie preferences UI above to opt out of non-essential categories.
